We provide STRATEGIC FRONT END DESIGN, considering the whole design problem from the outset and providing widely integrative solutions. We carefully consider occupant comfort, accessibility, implementation effort, and maintenance cost to determine the most appropriate solution.
Making low energy, sustainable buildings and systems affordable is the key to widespread adoption. In a determined and focused approach, we bring CREATIVITY TO PROJECT COSTS. We work with building owners and developers to achieve optimal solutions that maximize ROI. The key is to downsize equipment through better design decisions, in order to create smaller, highly optimized and affordable systems.

With a combined 25+ years of experience, Managing Principals Rami Moussa and Alyse Falconer, who actually met as classmates at Penn State, have been working together for nearly their entire careers. Their respective expertise perfectly compliments each other, allowing them to steer this powerhouse team with exemplary leadership and deep technical knowledge.
